The department handles a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, basic trusts work, and general elderly client advice.The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified solicitor, CILEx, or an experienced private client practitioner. STEP and SFE accreditation would be advantageous.
