We are working with a leading name in the Estate Agency and Property Lettings sector, with a very successful base in the Barnehurst area, currently seeking to bring in an experienced Property Lister / Valuer.

You will join a highly skilled team of Estate Agency professionals, who are all tasked with providing exceptional service to clients.

You will advise and help vendors sell their homes for the best price, whilst providing the best service and support possible. Working closely as a team, you will work with vendors, offering a professional valuation service, bringing new properties to the branch and listing new properties that have been sourced, ensuring all details are accurate and marketed correctly and appropriately, and collaborating with the team to match properties with potential buyers.

You will also provide general assistance to the Branch Manager with the day to day running of the branch, exploring ways to maximising income and profit from a range of products and services. You will also be tasked with running morning meetings when the Branch Manager is unable to attend

Building on your local knowledge and contacts, staying informed about local market trends, becoming a recognized expert is highly encouraged.

To fulfil the role, you must have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into listings and ultimately sales, with a genuine interest in helping people sell their properties and help buyers find their ideal homes. Drive, determination, ambition, self-motivation and a passion for excellence are all key words that will help.

To succeed, you must have a proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license is essential.
