Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance the Quality Assurance (QA) function, aligning with business priorities and streamlining processes within the eQMS.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Quality department, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2016.
Inspire and guide your team to meet targets and deliver exceptional results.
Serve as the go-to expert for all quality-related matters, both internally and externally.
Drive continuous improvement in the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and track KPIs to measure and boost QA performance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing and developing Quality Assurance teams.
Expertise in IVD or medical device quality, with ISO 13485:2016 knowledge, ideally within an SME.
Familiarity with ISO 14971 (essential)
Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and accountable approach.
