The Role:
We are looking for a driven and curious Customer Success Manager to join their international team and support their growing client base across the EMEA region. In this role, you will ensure customers are successfully onboarded, continuously leveraging their platform, and building long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. Responsibilities:

Onboard new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with the product suite

Work closely with customers to ensure they're maximizing the platform's potential

*

Collaborate with internal teams to develop success plans and monitor account health

*

Identify risks and proactively address customer churn

*

Analyze customer data and trends to uncover growth opportunities

*

Help improve the customer experience by providing feedback to the product team

*

Develop and maintain product documentation and help guides

What We're Looking For:

*

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)

*

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels

*

Excellent organizational and project management skills

*

Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze data and trends for customer growth

*

Fluency in spoken and written English

*

Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

*

Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

*

Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

*

Background in Event Marketing

*

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
