We are seeking a Lead Electrician for an exciting project involving the electrical rewire and installation works for residential flats in Halesowen.

Role Details:

* Position: Lead Electrician

* Location: Ivy House, 23 High Street, Halesowen, B63 3BD

* Start Date: Immediate

* Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

* Duration:

* First fix: 7 days

* Second fix: 2-3 days

* Pay Rate: £24.00ph

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete a full rewire of two flats and a partial rewire of a third flat (80% completed).

* Install intercom systems, security cameras, wired smoke and heat alarms (including communal areas), and an AOV system for the second-floor hallway.

* Perform electrical work for:

* Communal and external lighting with motion sensor functionality.

* EV parking bays (data cabling and isolator switches).

* Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, lobby areas, and external fixtures (floodlights, spotlights).

* Replace fuse boxes, mains switches, and other wiring fixtures.

* Install electric water heaters, boilers, and radiators.

* Perform dead testing and other required electrical tests, providing all necessary certifications.

Requirements:

* Fully qualified electrician with the ability to provide certifications for completed works, including emergency lighting and AOV systems.

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

* PPE is not required for this role.
