Store Keeper

Contract: Part Time
Salary: up to £11.44 per hour, plus gratuities and service charge

As the prestigious and luxurious brand that we are, we are focused on wellness and wellbeing, our delicious food offering also reflects this. Your main responsibility will be to support our kitchen and food & beverage teams with ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and tidy, and all crockery and cutlery is prepared for the food & beverage team in order to ensure smooth running of service and provide a positive dining experience to our guests.

Some of the Store Keeper responsibilities include;

• Accept, sign for and put away deliveries within the parameters of food safety policy including support with and communication of deliveries between departments
• Storing of all food deliveries as instructed on a daily basis ensuring that new stock received is rotated with old stock.
• HACCP Checks, Quality control and reporting of food deliveries
• Cleanliness of fridges, freezer, stores including HACCP cleaning schedule & daily checks
• Communicating clearly and efficiently with Senior Chefs with any discrepancies, health and safety issues chefs
