My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a Residential Lettings Negotiator to their team at their Cheltenham office to aid their ambitious plans.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Residential Lettings Negotiator:

  • Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants
  • Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance
  • Generate new business opportunities through a variety of tasks
  • Achieve/exceed personal targets and contribute to wider team targets

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Residential Lettings Negotiator:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • First-class written and spoken English
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car

My client is offering a salary of £24,000 with OTE expected to be in excess of £30,000
