Fresh Paint Polisher

Location: Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6am-6pm

Salary: £38,400 p/a

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Igloo is seeking a Fresh Paint Polisher to join our client's team at busy automotive facility in Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire. This role involves ensuring high-quality finishes on freshly painted vehicle panels and offers a temp-to-perm contract with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

* Final polish of freshly painted vehicle panels.

* Fix paint defects, such as runs.

* Flat and polish vehicle panels using handheld tools.

* Conduct touch-up work when needed.

Requirements:

* Experience in an automotive bodyshop as a polisher.

* Knowledge of removing paint defects and runs.

* Efficient work habits with attention to quality.

* Full, category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.

This role is commutable from: Banbury, Bicester, Bletchley, Brackley, Buckingham, Daventry, Leamington Spa, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby, Stratford-upon-Avon.
