A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a Grade 1 listed heritage project close to Guildford , the role is working for a Main Contractor.

The appointed Surveyor will join an existing Site team and look after Trade procurement and then cost Management of various trade packages.

Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply will ideally have some Grade 1 Listed experience.
