Multi-Skilled M&E Technician - Location: Moorgate, London

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled M&E Technician to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in the heart of Central London.
Our Building Services division is at the forefront of Facilities Management, providing comprehensive support across the UK. We’re dedicated to ensuring our properties run smoothly through expert mechanical and electrical engineering support, alongside other essential services.
Day to Day of the role: - Conduct daily servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure, including breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Maintain familiarity with mechanical & electrical applications as per contract requirements.
- Adhere to Safe Systems of Work and ensure their proper application under the terms of the contract.
- Respond to reactive calls promptly and complete tasks efficiently.
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) within the designated time frames.
- Assist clients with ad-hoc tasks and maintain a thorough understanding of all plant and systems.
- Manage shift coverage from 8 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 8 am, ensuring awareness of all emergency isolations within the building.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field.
- City & Guilds Level 2 minimum / NVQ Level 3 minimum.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience in the service industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management.
- Proficient knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems.
- L8 Water Treatment Management certification.
- IOSH Working Safely as a minimum requirement.
