We are actively seeking an experienced Head of Estates to work for an organisation based in North West England.

Position: Head of Estates

Location: North West

Salary: 65K - 70k per year

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide senior leadership for the Estates delivery operation and its teams comprising of professional, technical and administrative staff, and ensuring effective management, direction, motivation and continual professional development in line with core values

* Maximising performance levels in line with E&F strategy, related Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in turn driving the ongoing development of strategic and policy priorities

* Promote the Directorate by establishing and maintaining working relationships throughout the Organisation

* Ensure that all maintenance and compliance work is carried out to minimum agreed standards, and complies with legislative and statutory requirements

* Worked closely with Finance in the provision of monthly management accounts, annual and five-year budget proposals, and ensure compliance in accordance with the organisations Financial Regulations

* Lead on the implementation and development of new technologies

* Ensured that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety policy statements, procedures and arrangements and, particularly the Health & Safety at Work Regulations and all subordinate legislation
