​We have a great opportunity for a proactive and passionate Clinical Trainer to join our Learning and Development Team here at Aria Care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with an active Pin, be a Clinical Trainer already or have experience in Training or mentoring in a clinical capacity. This role will involve travelling to our Care Homes Nationally and will require a full driving licence.

• Registered Nurse with active Pin
• Training qualification - desired but not essential
• Excellent communicator and presenter
• Ability to travel nationally
• Excellent coaching skills
• Knowledge of learning and development theory and models
