Operating from the Group's Headquarters on the outskirts of Orpington, Kent, our centralised team, consists of an accounts department, purchasing department, bookings team, and is complemented by the sales & marketing department. Each team member and department head is tasked with clear goals and objectives creating a highly motivated dynamic team of people focused on supporting and understanding our customers' needs.

We are now looking to recruit a permanent/full-time bookings co-ordinator to join us.

Duties 📑

* Entering our Retail Insurance Customers' Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands on training will provided.

* Liaising with our customers on the telephone and our SMART Repair Technicians on the telephone.

* Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians' online diaries.

* Dealing with incoming calls, email enquiries and Whats App messages.

* Making outgoing calls to customers and technicians.

Experience 🥼

Microsoft Office experience is essential, also attention to detail.

Good geographical knowledge of the UK - particularly, North-West, Midlands, South-East, South Coast.
