Questech are recruting on behalf of there client in Barnsley for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

This is working a shift pattern of Days, Nights and Afters.

Basic salary and shift premium up to £40,000

* Enhanced basic pay and shift for Saturdays (x1.5) and Sundays & Public holidays (x2)

* Overtime regularly available at enhanced rates

* Production bonus paid weekly subject to production targets being met

The Role:

* Carry out routine electrical maintenance work and respond to equipment faults

* Diagnose breakdown problems

* Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (P.P.M.) on all machinery

* Deal with electrical breakdowns, unplanned problems and repairs

* Liaise with other engineering and production colleagues

Required:

* NVQ level 3 in engineering

* Previous experience in hydraulics and pneumatics

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Ability to prioritise own workload and multitask effectively
