Job Title: Technical Coordinator

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of an iconic food manufacturer based in the East Midlands, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Technical Coordinator to come and contribute their knowledge to the Technical team.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be crucial in upholding and improving food safety and quality standards. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food safety and particularly someone who has a strong work ethic, as this company needs you to be ready to take on substantial responsibilities within the team.

First things first, you will need:
* Strong knowledge of food safety systems and quality management
* HACCP Level 3 certification is essential
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Eligibility to work in the UK permanently

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
* Oversee HACCP implementation and maintenance
* Manage and update technical documentation and systems
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits
* Assist in the development and improvement of quality management systems
* Provide technical support and training to other team members
* Handle customer and supplier technical queries and complaints
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical department
