Job Duties:

- Managing and overseeing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Generating financial reports and statements for management review
- Monitoring and processing commissions for sales staff
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practises
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in the hospitality industry
