Rate of pay / Hours: OTE up to £13 per hour. 

Contract type: Permanent - Weekends only (Friday's and Saturdays) 

Location: Hotel du Vin Brighton 

 

You are our first impression…

Welcoming our guests as they arrive at the hotel, assisting them with their luggage and escorting them to their hotel bedroom. You will have just as much interaction with our guests as any other team member, if not more than any other team member. You will be setting the tone for our guests stay at Hotel du Vin Brighton.

You must be passionate about hospitality and in delivering amazing and attentive service to our guests with a big smile.

Working as part of the front of house team at peak times you will involve and engage attending front desk duties ensuring a seamless check-in and check at the hotel, you will be required to act as a host guiding, directing and escorting our guests to their bed rooms and presenting our hotel services during their stay with us.

Local knowledge is an advantage as directions to the nearest attractions will be regularly asked as will questions about the history of the Hotel - don't worry we can help you learn all about Brighton, the unique features in the property and the attractions in the area.  Booking tickets or recommending places to eat - no guest needs to worry as you will be on hand to assist! 

Progression into a front office position is available for the right candidate
