Assistant Site Manager - Regional Contractor

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £45,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of a leading regional contractor based in Bristol. You'll be starting on a landmark £8m refurbishment project, working closely with a Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager to gain hands-on experience.

Duties will include:
✅ Assisting in the daily management of subcontractors and trades
✅ Supporting with site paperwork and quality assurance
✅ Monitoring Health & Safety standards onsite
✅ Assisting with programme management and reporting

About you:

Previous experience as a Trainee or Assistant Site Manager

Keen to progress into a full Site Manager role

*

SMSTS or SSSTS qualified preferred

*

Ambitious, hardworking and committed to learning
