Job Description: Maths Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join this amazing Secondary School in Crawley. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
Foster an environment conducive to active learning and problem-solving.
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
Encourage students' participation in maths challenges, competitions, and extracurricular activities.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent.
Strong command of mathematical concepts and teaching strategies.
Experience in teaching is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
