Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead and manage high-profile construction projects? Join a leading team delivering innovative and complex developments across the UK. We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of major facades projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Must be used to running and overseeing a number of projects acting as PC.

* Able to challenge designs and understand how systems work.

* Able to challenge QA across the sites and ensure maintained.

* Able to understand, produce, interrogate and review programs across multiple sites.

* A clear understanding and high levels of safety awareness and the ability to challenge and assist their teams across sites to deliver the projects safely.

* Be commercially aware and review prelims and budgets and report back to me on accelerated programs and prelim gains.

* Good management control with the relevant PMs and site managers that would be reporting to him / her.

* Good client facing abilities for meetings, tender interviews and day to day liaison with clients and able to build relationships and drive works from client base.

* A drive to grow the business with clear communication skills to report safety, program, progress and QA on a weekly and then monthly board meeting basis.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on facades or similar sectors.

* Strong experience in contract negotiation, administration, and financial management.

* Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and regulations.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks effectively.
