They are looking for an Estimator with proven experience who can hit the ground running tendering drylining and associated packages on projects up to £10m.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for drylining projects, ensuring cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive project proposals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimates.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to maximize project profitability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
