Salary: £37103/annum van, tools, pension, out of hours rate

Multi Skilled Carpenter required to work with leading Housing Association maintenance division covering Gloucester.

My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working multi trade carpenter to carry out 2nd fix carpentry repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Gloucester & wider region.

Work will include reactive & planned carpentry repairs on tenanted & void empty properties.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £37,1003 + Van and Fuel Card.

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry (Timeserved experience can be accepted)

Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade either as a carpenter or as a multi-skilled carpenter

You must be used to carrying out reactive repairs and carpentry repairs in a social housing setting.

Experience of working for a Social Housing, housing association or council

Associated trade skills of basic plumbing, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable

Full driving License

As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check.
