Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an efficient and effective approach to all working practises.
• Lead by example, offering training and support to team members as needed.
• Deal with internal systems (Netsuite) to keep track of deliveries in the warehouse.
• Ensure all products are packed and ready for collection, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Foster good relationships with suppliers and couriers, ensuring smooth logistical operations.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team and Sales Support to assist with customer returns and other challenges.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimise stock holding to meet operational needs effectively.
• Assist in managing the Pick-Pack, dispatch, and returns procedures.
• Provide daily reports to the warehouse supervisor, promptly communicating any changes or issues in planned workload.

Skills Required:

• Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Any prior NetSuite experience desirable
• Punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
