SANZA Teaching are working with a thriving two-form entry RC Primary School in Brent seeking a Lead Year 6 Teacher with scope for Assistant Headteacher development.

About the Role:
You'll lead Year 6 and play a key role in curriculum delivery, team mentoring, and SATs preparation. For the right candidate, this role could grow into a wider SLT position, particularly in curriculum leadership or pupil outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

QTS and 3+ years' experience

Proven track record of strong results in upper KS2

Experience leading a phase or subject

Strong pastoral and safeguarding knowledge
