Powder Coating Operative required for a successful manufacturer based on the outskirts of Dursley. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 and Friday 08:00 - 14:00.

Our client is a well established manufacturer of quality products and they have the opportunity to bring on an additional member of staff to join paint shop team. You will be working as part of small team of 3-4 but with a total headcount of circa 50.

Your role as Powder Coating Operative will include the following duties:

- Priming and paint of castings and bracketry

- Competent with the use of hand held sanders and polishing machinery

- Have a good eye for detail to carry out quality and quantity checks

- Adherence to safe working practices

Due to the volume of work our client is looking for someone with previous powder coating experience but also looking for someone who wants to continue to learn and develop.
