What's involved?

Your contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours per week, you will be working 5 days a week of 8 hours.
At full capacity the home can hold 73 residents
Overseeing the whole catering department which involves the main restaurant and the on-site bistro, and bar
You'll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals
You will run the kitchen, manage ordering, and do all menu planning
You will need to always maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene
