The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Leases and tenancy agreements
• Any exposure to commercial property matters would be great, but not essential 

Who Are We Looking For?

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of residential property experience
• A confident, self-motivated professional who can work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Candidates already based in Cornwall or looking to relocate with strong ties to the area
