Job Title: Payroll Manager
Permanent Rate: £60,000 (plus fantastic bonus scheme & company benefits)
Location: Leeds
Working Structure: 1-3 days a week in the office depending on Payroll.JGA are partnered with an industry leading brand who have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join them and manage the day to day running of the team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in an ambitious organisation and team. You will gain exposure to EMEA payrolls and level-up your skills!
What you'll do: - Support the Payroll Director with the day to day running of the Payroll Function.
- Manage and mentor a team of 8.
- Process 4000+ headcount.
- Experience with Pensions and Benefits (desirable).
What you'll bring: - High volume payroll experience (1000+)
- Strong UK experience (ROI is a big plus)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience managing a team of 5+.
- Strong Payroll Systems experience.
