Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasts.
• Support payroll by verifying timesheets, overtime, and employee financial data.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Officer and Business Manager, including handling financial documentation and queries.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial transactions, and budgeting.
• Ability to record financial data accurately, reconcile accounts, and ensure error-free transactions.
• Proficient in financial software, Excel, and management information systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills to handle finance queries and interact with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
