Clinical Lead

Salary: £49,920 per annum (Equivalent to £24.00 per hour)

Location: Middlesex, London

Hours: 40 per week, mixed clinical & supernumerary

The Clinical Lead will support the manager in day-to-day running of the nursing home to ensure the home is compliant with CQC and compliance.

Clinical Lead Duties:

• The Clinical Lead will support with recruitment, training, and absence reviews
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of nurses and support staff
• Demonstrate clinical excellence, supporting residents to reach their potential
• Delegate tasks effectively and identify training needs for staff growth

Clinical Lead Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold an active NMC pin
• Will be clinically astute and competent in peg feeding, catheterisation's, and auditing
