You'll be part of a highly skilled team responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and improvement of critical plant equipment, including pumps, conveyors, centrifuges, and automated systems. You'll work across Process, Packing, Utilities, and Jetty sections, carrying out preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance, as well as leading plant improvement projects.

Even better, this is a Monday-to-Friday, days-only role (7am-3pm)—no nights, no weekends, just a great work-life balance with the option for extra earnings through overtime.

What we're looking for:

* Time-served or Apprenticeship-trained in Engineering, preferably with an HNC/NVQ 4 or ONC/BTEC in a relevant discipline

* Strong experience with heavy industrial machinery - pumps, conveyors, centrifuge machines, etc.

* Ability to troubleshoot and solve long-term reliability issues

* Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and working with contractors, RAMS, and PTWs

* Experience in automated continuous process environments, ideally with exposure to PLC and HT systems

* Familiarity with Predictive & Preventative maintenance techniques
