If so, our Reading based client has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to join a high-performing team supporting a leading UK company.  This role offers the chance to shape recruitment strategies, drive talent attraction, and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment life-cycle across temporary, contract, and permanent roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to deliver tailored resourcing solutions.
Talent Attraction - Develop and execute innovative attraction campaigns to engage both active and passive candidates, reducing reliance on external agencies.
Candidate Experience - Lead the interview and selection process, ensuring smooth communication, feedback, and on boarding.
Employer Brand & ED&I - Promote a diverse and inclusive hiring approach, supporting key initiatives such as assessment centres, careers fairs, and strategic hiring projects.
Data-Driven Insights - Utilise dashboards and reporting tools to track recruitment performance, provide insights, and forecast hiring trends.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (temporary, contract, and permanent roles) with and engineering or technical environment
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
A proactive, consultative approach to talent attraction and workforce planning.
Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and events.
Knowledge of employment law, right-to-work checks, and best hiring practices.Why Join our client?
