THE COMPANY

This growing UK Bank are seeking an experienced candidate to lead product strategy for their Mortgage portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity to own this part of the business, whilst gaining exposure across profitability, product, credit and acquisitions.

THE ROLE

• Developing product strategy and changes across the entirety of the Mortgage portfolio
• Designing and owning customer journeys to ensure good customer outcomes and maximise business performance
• Market and competitor analysis to drive commercial performance
• Wider work on pricing strategy and acquisition channel management to drive profitability

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience within the Mortgage market is essential
• Prior experience in product risk, product strategy and product change
• Good understanding of P+L, profitability and market analysis
• Previous management experience is essential
