Roofing Contracts Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 + Package

Essex Based

I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join my client who are a specialist roofing sub contractor based in Harlow, Essex.

The suitable candidate will have experience of flat and pitched roofs and working on projects valued as little as £10,000 up to £1.5M.

You will be working on projects across Essex, Hertford & London, furthest you may require to travel will be SE London.

Ideal candidates will be based in Essex.

Must be competent with using IT, especially spreadsheets.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £60,000 + Company Truck, Fuel Card & 21 Days Holiday.
