Job Advert: Lead Electrical Engineer

Location: St Botolph Building, Liverpool Street
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Electrical Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious St Botolph Building. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, managing essential engineering services for a leading law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct maintenance on Electrical Maintenance Levels (EML), Tap Temperatures (Tap Temps), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Point of Use (POU) water systems, Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV), extinguishers, fire doors, and more.

* Reactive Works: Provide first attendance on reactive maintenance tasks and resolve issues where possible.

* Contractor Management: Issue authorities for contractors to work on-site and ensure proper check-in procedures are followed.

Management Duties:

* Oversee and mentor a Level 1 Apprentice, including the development and implementation of a training plan.

* Manage one fabric technician to ensure efficient operations.

Skillset Required:

* Multi-skilled in various engineering disciplines.

* Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Simtronic lighting control systems is highly desirable.

* Basic DBS check required and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Working Hours:

* 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM standard shift, with flexibility between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM based on site activities.

* Occasional overtime outside of standard hours to support PPMs may be required.
