£46 - £49,0000 per annum basic plus benefits

Opportunity for a West Midlands based senior air conditioning engineer/supervisor to join a privately owned a/c contractor, that have big expansion plans, and plenty of work in the pipeline. Paying a basic salary of £46,000 - £49,000 per annum, with overtime on top and limited call out, and private healthcare. This role does involve out of town work as and when required, accommodation and company credit card provided. 

Main duties:

Responsible for overseeing a/c installation jobs with high profile clients.
Ensuring the completion of projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements
Allocate resources effectively, schedule tasks and maintain project timeline.
Troubleshoot and resolve any HVAC systems issues using your knowledge.
Conduct quality inspections and assessments throughout the installation process.
Maintain accurate project documentation, equipment manuals and warranties, to ensure that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
