Responsibilities: - Assist users with password resets and account recovery.
- Manage new starter account setups, ensuring all necessary access and permissions are configured.
- Offer support and problem solving for Salesforce-related queries and issues.
- Log and manage support tickets using our helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant departments as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all support queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a first-line IT support role.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
