About the Emergency Call Handler Role

Join our client's dedicated team, handling emergency and non-emergency alarm calls in a 24/7/365 monitoring centre. You'll provide essential, life-saving support to a diverse and vulnerable customer base. Your response will profoundly impact customers, even if not every call is an emergency.

Key Responsibilities for Emergency Call Handler

· Assess and manage emergency situations, contacting relevant services.

· Record call details accurately in systems.

· Guide customers through alarm installation and troubleshooting.

· Monitor and respond to automatic alarm signals.

Skills and Experience

· Calm, caring, and professional with strong multitasking abilities.

· Comfortable in high contact volume environments.

· Experience in customer service, care, or call centres.

· Proficient with Microsoft Packages and adaptable to new technology.
