We’re working with a leading legal firm in Edinburgh, to recruit an experienced Executry Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm known for its supportive culture, professional development, and commitment to work-life balance.

• Manage a caseload of testate and intestate executries

• Calculate inheritance tax, legal rights, and prepare executry accounts

• Complete HMRC forms and liaise with financial institutions

• Maintain regular client contact and case records

• Support clients with empathy and professionalism during sensitive times

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in executry paralegal work

• Law Society of Scotland Paralegal qualification (preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, legal rights, and executry processes

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Friendly, collaborative and well-established team
