We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a critical section of work on the project- the Grade I listed part of a prestigious North Courtyard redevelopment. The works are due to commence promptly, and we're seeking an experienced individual to manage this detailed and sensitive element of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities on a Grade I listed building

*

Coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders

*

Ensure high levels of quality assurance and attention to detail

*

Manage groundworks and light RC elements, particularly in the SPA area

*

Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations

Essential Requirements:

SMSTS

*

First Aid at Work

*

Asbestos Awareness

*

Manual Handling Certificate

*

Proven experience working on Grade I or Grade II listed buildings

*

Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Local to Marlborough or surrounding area preferred
