Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum Pro Rata, dependent on experience

Job type: Fulltime - 30 - 35 Hours per week

This role is pivotal to that - supporting and enabling the company to look at innovative new manufacturing processes, develop the team and sustain the high level of customer service.

In this role you will support the director of the business directly dealing with customers, sales quotations and a wide range of admin functions. The role also involves support for the wider team assisting with project administration.

About the Role:

This unique hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly handle administrative tasks for senior management and support the team to put in highly effective administrative systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong grasp of both business administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative support for Director - arranging meetings, maintaining notes and producing progress reports.
Administrative support for design teams as required
Customer service/care - Customer enquiry set up and communication as required including feedback and status updates
Marketing support - Preparing quotes, tracking orders and following up on leads and quotes.
Order processing - order confirmations for projects, components and parts.
Working with our HR partners to develop an employee offer and onboarding process to ensure we retain and attract talent.
Office support function - liaising with cleaners, ensuring stationery and other equipment is correctly stocked and ordered. Maintaining office organisation and general housekeeping.
About you:

Essential Requirements:

3 years + experience in a senior business administrative role.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office suite including the use of SharePoint - Word and Excel particularly.
Experience with customer service and care
Excellent eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Self-motivated, proactive with a flexible and positive approach.
Ideally - German Language qualification and experience - conversational level
