Description

• Assisting in managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.
• Confidently managing financial data and creating reports on a regular basis.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing supporting documentation for audits.
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Supporting the finance department with various tasks, including direct debit payments and credit control processes.
• Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and the finance system.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Experience within a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• An educational background in finance or a related field.

Job Offer
