Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team based in Birmingham to work on a flagship project worth circa £100m in value. They are a Leading Main Contractor who work on schemes up to £200m in value across a variety of sectors including but not limited to, commercial, hotel, luxury high rise residential, mixed-use, education, healthcare, leisure, and student accommodation.

About the Quantity Surveyor role

Due to securing two major projects in Birmingham our client is now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor to work on a large £100m Luxury High Rise Residential scheme in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who has experience working on high value schemes in excess of £20m from inception to completion and will have ideally worked on High -Rise / Luxury Residential schemes or Student Accommodation schemes previously.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor role

Experience working for leading main contractor
Ideally have worked on Student Accommodation or High-Rise Residential schemes.
Large value project experience, ideally have worked on schemes circa £20m and above
Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential
UK Driving License.

What we offer for the Quantity Surveyor role

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE - will pay more for exceptional candidates
