Description

Oversee and manage warehouse operations in line with KPI's
Ensure the efficient use of warehouse space
Coordinate stores warehouse logistics and dispatch processes
Work closely with the logistics team on process improvements
Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in the ERP system
Supervise, train and develop warehouse staff
Implement and maintain health and safety standards
Ensure all warehouse equipment is well-maintained and functional

A successful Warehouse Team Leader should have experience of a Warehouse Team Lead role in fast moving manufacturing facility.

Previous warehouse leadership experience (min 1 year)
Technical ability in Excel skills
Previous use of an ERP System
Strong organisation and administrative skills
Manual Handling
Highly Computer Literate
Fork lift License
Experience of risk management assessment Job Offer
