The Travel Marketing Coordinator, based out of the UK office, is responsible for general support in all areas of our travel marketing and events department. You within the commercial team of a fast-growing company responsible for the education of travel advisors in UK and Ireland, through B2B and B2C email campaigns and promotions, social media, live and virtual events, webinars, podcasts, creative collateral and more.
Responsibilities for this role include project management and administrative tasks including:
• partner liaison
• creative asset management
• educational webinar scheduling
• follow-up emails with partners and vendors
• updating preferred partner information for directory and landing pages and coordinating with production staff
• video uploads and cataloging
• event coordination support
• light graphic design and copywriting for communications and social media
Opportunity to learn new marketing software such as GOTO Webinar, Calendly, Eventbrite, Canva and more. Must be pc computer proficient. 90% of the workload relies on Microsoft Office, GOTO webinar, email and our company admin portal (intranet).
• Occasional opportunity for travel to support our live events in major cities, tropical locations and aboard cruise ships

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Liaison with Preferred Partners to collect promotional materials for incentives, promos, events, education and exclusive consumer marketing initiatives.
• Webinar scheduling/practice with GOTO webinar and follow up stats with travel partners and staff
• Webinar uploads to Youtube and cataloging through admin portal
• Webinar Calendar management, descriptions and reminders to hosts
• Pull and segment agent lists as needed through admin portal
• Agent Certificate Processing through our admin portal
• Catalogue UK and Ireland partner profile edits and coordinate updates of our Preferred Partner Directory
• Support UK Event staff as needed
Advanced tasks:
• Edit pdfs through Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Create engaging social media and print graphics for UK office as needed with Canva
• Edit basic art banners in photoshop
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in general marketing
• Must be professional and computer literate.
• Confident using general daily office software: Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook, Gmail, Outlook calendar, Youtube, Adobe Acrobat
• Desire to learn new software such as Canva, GOTO webinar, Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, etc.
• Confident in coordinating and managing schedules, following up with webinar hosts and answering questions from agents via email.
• Experience with event coordination, Fed Ex shipping, maintaining lists and segmenting lists in Excel.
• Familiarity with GOTO Webinar, Zoom, Eventbrite
• Ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately
• Excellent communication, organizational and proofreading skills required
