Architectural Technician – High Wycombe | £30,000-£35,000Are you an Architectural Technician interested in working on developer-led residential projects?Want to work ‘close-to-the-action’ and gain first-hand experience of projects at different stages?We have an opportunity for an Architectural Technician in High Wycombe to join a small architecture and planning team. You’ll be working closely with the architectural Director on residential projects of varying sizes.You’ll get involved with everything from small development of a couple of units, up to much larger developments for leading residential developers.  What’s needed for this Architectural Technician role?

• Experience working as an Architectural Technician on residential projects is beneficial.
• Previous experience producing planning and technical drawings.
• Experience working with AutoCAD.
• You’ll need to live locally to High Wycombe.

  What progression is available for the Architectural Technician?You’ll be working with a small but growing team with big ambitions to build the team and develop the business. Working closely with the experienced Architecture Director, you’ll have direct one-on-one support to improve your skills.The salary offered will depend on experience, but you can expect to achieve £30,000-£35,000.
