Alongside this, you will lead a small quality team and have site responsibility for the quality management system.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this Quality Management job, you will need to have prior experience in a quality leadership role, having worked in a highly regulated environment. Your skills and experience should include leadership, auditing, problem-solving, root cause analysis and adopting a safety-first mindset for all quality activities.
