A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.

An example of their current projects are as follows:

* New Build Hotel - Exeter

* New Build Student Accommodation - Bristol / Bath (multiple)

* New Build Care Home - Bristol

* Cladding - Bristol (multiple)

My client are looking for a candidate with a good main contractor background, ideally within sectors like the ones mentioned above. Previous experience running the Commercial elements of projects or working as part of a Commercial team would be needed.

Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
