Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children, fostering their curiosity and creativity.
• Support the emotional, social, and physical development of every child in your care.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that celebrates diversity.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs.
• Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
