This PPC Manager role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days working in the London office and 2 days working from home. The Role of the PPC Manager
The company are looking for an experienced and results-driven Pay Per Click Manager to join their performance marketing team. This role will involve overseeing the development, execution, and optimisation of the paid search campaigns across various platforms and markets, focussing on UK and established markets as well as new markets such as Greece, Brazil and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Pay Per Click management as well as ASA and UAC expertise. 

Key Responsibilities for the Pay Per Click Manager will include:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, ASA, and UAC platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable PPC initiatives.
Campaign Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad extension optimization to enhance campaign performance. Ensure continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to identify and act on optimization opportunities.
Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to refine targeting and messaging strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure PPC efforts align with overall marketing goals and financial targets.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features. Recommend and integrate innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Data Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, insights, and detailed reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, optimization efforts, and strategic recommendations.
Skills and Capabilities for the PPC Manager 

Demonstrable experience in Pay Per Click campaign management, preferably in the gaming or the financial industry.
Proven experience as a Pay Per Click Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of paid search strategies and platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions including familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, ASA, UAC, and related tools.
Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
Knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features.
Ability to manage budgets and forecasting processes effectively.
PPC experience in the Greek market is advantageous, but not mandatory

In return, you will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 pa, annual bonus, fun team socials, complimentary fruits and snacks and private healthcare.
